If only 
we knew
how to communicate
with each other
conversations 
wouldn't be 
two sides of the highway, 
each one going
the opposite direction
far and further away from each other.

It wouldn't be a zoo
where each animal
is talking their own language.

It would be
a highway
even a runway
for planes and rockets
of ideas
concepts
desires
that have their purpose
that support
that build upon 
that inspire
and guide
to the new
going higher and higher 
so that we discover
we have 
so much in common
and also
that we are
so beautifully different
and so differently beautiful
which is exactly why 
we started talking
in the first place.
